Friday in Jerusalem

"Jesus loves me, this I know."  Those are the words to
the song we teach little children.  But I think we
adults need to remember this truth as well.  Psalm
62:11-12 says, "One thing God has spoken, two things
have I heard: that you, O God, are strong, and that
you, O Lord, are loving."  

First of all, God is strong.  There is nothing He
can't or won't do to help us.  He can handle every
problem we face.

But it's not enough to know that He CAN help us.  It's
important to know that because He loves us, He WILL
help us.  And He will help us in a way that is best
for us because of that love.  I hope you will remember
today just how much God loves you.
